Membership Terms of Use (2026 Update)
Last Updated: October 14, 2026
These Membership Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and K-Method Training Group, Inc. (“K-Method,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of WorkCertified, the K-Method Success Academy, the Professional Standards for Sales Excellence (PSSE) program, The Sales Professional’s Blueprint program, and our other courses, memberships, coaching, software, and websites (the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
PLEASE READ SECTION 16 CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES MOST DISPUTES TO BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS AND JURY TRIALS, UNLESS YOU OPT OUT. [Keep only if arbitration is chosen — see internal notes.]
1. Eligibility
You must be at least [16] years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf, or through a Sponsoring Organization that has obtained any required consent. Purchases must be made by an adult.
2. Individual and Sponsored Memberships
Individual memberships are purchased by you for your own use. Sponsored memberships are provided through an employer, workforce board, nonprofit, school, or other organization (a “Sponsoring Organization”). If you have a sponsored membership, your access depends on the Sponsoring Organization’s agreement with K-Method, and the Sponsoring Organization may end or change your access. Organization-wide licenses, white-labeled platforms, and custom programs are governed by a separate written agreement between K-Method and the organization. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls for that organization.
3. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate information and keep it current. Your account is personal to you; you may not share your login or let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [support@kmethod.com] if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Fees, Billing, and Automatic Renewal
Pricing. The price, billing frequency, and any initial or setup fee for your membership are shown at checkout before you buy.
Automatic renewal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, memberships renew automatically and your payment method will be charged the then-current fee at the start of each billing period (for example, monthly or annually) until you cancel. By completing your purchase, you authorize these recurring charges. We will send a receipt for each charge. For annual memberships, we will send a reminder [at least 15–30] days before renewal.
Free trials and promotional pricing. If your membership begins with a free trial or discounted period, you will be charged the regular price when it ends unless you cancel before then. The trial length and the price that follows are shown at checkout.
Price changes. We will notify you at least [30] days before a price change affects your membership. The new price applies at your next renewal after the notice period. You may cancel before then.
Failed payments. If a charge fails, we may retry it, and we may suspend access until payment is received.
Taxes. Prices do not include applicable taxes unless stated.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
How to cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account page at [Account > Memberships > Cancel] or by emailing [support@kmethod.com]. Canceling online is as easy as signing up; you will not be required to speak with anyone to cancel. You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
Effect of cancellation. Cancellation stops future charges. You keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and then access ends.
Refunds. You may request a full refund of your first payment within [7/14] days of purchase if you have completed less than [25%] of the course content. Other than that, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Download your records. Before your access ends, download any certificates or records you want to keep. After access ends, we keep records only as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services and course materials for your own personal or professional development during your membership. Workbooks or materials offered as downloads may be kept and used for your own personal use after your membership ends, but not shared or redistributed. All other rights are reserved.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content in them are owned by or licensed to K-Method and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. This includes courses, videos, workbooks, assessments, frameworks such as PSSE and The Sales Professional’s Blueprint, software, text, graphics, and the WorkCertified, K-Method, YESS, and TESS names and logos. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. See our Copyright Policy & DMCA Notice.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, record, screen-capture, download (except through features we provide), distribute, sell, publicly display, or create derivative works from course content;
- Use the content to teach, train, or coach others commercially without our written permission;
- Share login credentials or give anyone else access to your account;
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or extract content, or use any content to train or develop AI or machine-learning models;
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services;
- Remove copyright or trademark notices;
- Post content that is unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, infringing, or sexually explicit, or that contains malware or spam;
- Impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your credentials or certificates; or
- Use the Services in violation of any law.
9. Content You Submit
You keep ownership of content you submit, such as assignments, forum posts, and comments. You grant K-Method a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, and use that content to operate and improve the Services. We will not use your name, likeness, or testimonial in marketing without your separate consent. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
10. Certificates and Credentials
Certificates and badges issued through the Services show that you completed the program requirements. They are not a professional license, an academic degree, or a government-issued certification unless expressly stated for a specific program. We may revoke a certificate obtained through cheating, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms. [If any program carries outside recognition — e.g., a registered apprenticeship or state endorsement — describe it accurately on that program’s page.]
11. No Guarantee of Results
Our programs teach skills and systems; your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and market conditions. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, promotion, income, sales results, or any specific outcome. Any examples of results are illustrations, not typical outcomes or promises. The Services provide education, not legal, financial, tax, medical, or mental-health advice.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may use or link to third-party tools, such as payment processors, video hosts, and scheduling tools. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
13. Changes to the Services
We may update, add, or retire course content and features to keep programs current. If we discontinue a paid membership you are actively subscribed to, we will give you reasonable notice and a prorated refund of any prepaid, unused period.
14. Disclaimers
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, K-METHOD AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) $100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, INCLUDING FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless K-Method from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or content you submit.
16. Dispute Resolution
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you and K-Method agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice describing it. Notices to K-Method go to the address in Section 20. If the dispute isn’t resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed as described below.
Arbitration: “Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in St. Lucie County, Florida, or by video conference. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court. YOU AND K-METHOD WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing [legal@kmethod.com] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration agreement does not apply to that claim.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
18. Termination
You may stop using the Services and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or misuse the Services, or if required by law. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any prepaid, unused fees. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 7, 9, 11, and 14–17.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with an updated date and notify you of material changes by email or through the Services at least [15] days before they take effect. Changes apply going forward and do not affect disputes that arose before the change. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

21. General
These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and any program-specific terms shown at purchase, are the entire agreement between you and K-Method about the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. There are no third-party beneficiaries. Headings are for convenience only.
